POWER YOGA – Fridays 9:15–10:30am [Erin/Tam]

Building strength and stamina, and advancing your yoga practice is the focus of this class. Power Yoga is designed to offer additional challenge to those who have been practicing yoga for a while, or for those who consider themselves fit and are looking to boost their strength and flexibility to the next level.

8 Weeks:

1 class a week  (8 weeks)    – $150
2 classes a week (8 weeks) – $250
3  or 4 classes a week  (8 weeks) – $32
