Service Description

Restful Yoga is a perfect way to honour the body's need to slow down and relax. This class is perfect for beginners or those recovering from injuries (with doctor or physio approval), or who have joint or other health issues. Sometimes we will explore gentle movement, sometimes we will enjoy nourishing stretches, and sometimes we will indulge in deeply sleepy postures. You will leave feeling rested and ready for a good night's sleep. Prices listed here include extra credit card fees but do not include HST. If paying with cash or email transfer, there are no credit card fees and a drop in fee is $25 including tax.
