Service Description

Hot Yoga is a challenging class that is suitable for those who aren't afraid to sweat! Burn calories quicker, explore deeper releases, build stamina, and detox! Enjoy an optional ice-cold lavender face-cloth during savasana. Hot Yoga is not suitable for pregnancy or for those with uncontrolled high blood-pressure. Prices listed here include extra credit card fees but do not include HST. If paying cash or email transfer, a drop in fee is $25 including tax (no credit card fees).
