Also known as "Indian Head Massage", this treatment provides many benefits, beyond releasing the stress triangle, including: improving circulation, stimulating follicles for scalp and hair health, improves flow of lymph and cerebral spinal fluid, soothes the nervous system, helps to alleviate brain fog, balances prana (energy flow), and helps to release stagnation. Traditionally done with warm, herbal oils, this treatment can be done dry. A steamed towel finale takes this treatment to a new level! Tamara MacElwain is not a Registered Massage Therapist, however she is a Registered Naturotherapy Practitioner, and is certified in Thai Yoga Massage. Ayurvedic modalities are included in her scope of practice as a Naturotherapist. Direct billing through Blue Cross is available and it's possible to claim with most insurance providers that cover "Naturotherapy". 60 min is $100 plus HST 30 min add-on is $35 plus HST Prices are before insurance coverage (cash, cheque, or email transfer is accepted).
