Service Description
This heavenly Ayurvedic treatment incorporates massage for the tops, bottoms, sides of the feet, heels, ankles, and achilles with stretching, mobility work, reflexology, acupressure techniques, and energy work. Treatment begins with a soothing epsom salt foot soak and ends with luxurious hot towels. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed and balanced. It is gentle enough for everyone and can be modified for various health conditions. Direct billing through Blue Cross available and possible to claim under some other insurance providers. Total is $115 including HST and before insurance coverage (cash, cheque, or email transfer is accepted).
