A specialized treatment for the feet involving massage, stretching, mobility, and acupressure.
Service Description
This heavenly Ayurvedic treatment incorporates massage for the tops, bottoms, sides of the feet, heels, ankles, and achilles with stretching, mobility work, reflexology, acupressure techniques, and energy work. Treatment begins with a soothing epsom salt foot soak and ends with luxurious hot towels. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed and balanced. It is gentle enough for everyone and can be modified for various health conditions. Tamara MacElwain is not a Registered Massage Therapist, however she is a Registered Naturotherapy Practitioner, and is certified in Thai Yoga Massage. Ayurvedic modalities are included in her scope of practice as a Naturotherapist. Direct billing through Blue Cross available and possible to claim under most other insurance providers that cover "Naturotherapy". 60 min $100 + HST 30 min add-on $35 + HST Prices are before insurance coverage (cash, cheque, or email transfer is accepted).
