THREE SOMATIC HEALING SESSIONS

Service Description

Three 1-hr somatic healing sessions to schedule at your convenience. Somatic healing uses the wisdom of your body, mind, and emotions to foster self-awareness, integration, and healing. It helps you uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and facilitates self-discovery. Because there is "homework" and follow up, Somatic Healing is best when done over at least 3 sessions. These sessions include consultation, goals, and assessment, somatic exercises, grounding and inner-resourcing, homework and future planning. Direct billing through Blue Cross available and possible to claim under most other insurance providers that cover "Naturopathy". Investment is $270 plus HST for 3 sessions, before insurance coverage (cash, cheque, Downtown Dollars, or email transfer is accepted).
