THREE SOMATIC HEALING SESSIONS

Service Description

Three 1-hr somatic healing sessions to schedule at your convenience. Somatic healing uses the wisdom of your body, mind, and emotions to foster self-awareness, integration, and healing. It helps you uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and facilitates self-discovery. Sessions include consultation, goals, and assessment, somatic exercises, grounding and inner-resourcing, homework and future planning. Direct billing through Blue Cross available and possible to claim under some other insurance providers. Total for 3 sessions is $310.50 after HST and before insurance coverage (cash, cheque, Downtown Dollars, or email transfer is accepted).
