Service Description

Yin Yoga provides long, deep stretches that allow the connective tissues in the hips, shoulders, and beyond to release further. Postures are typically held for 3-5 minutes. This class is suitable for beginners and will leave you feeling satisfied and refreshed. Prices listed here do not include HST or credit card fees. If paying in person, a drop in fee is $25 after tax.
